Services also end when you close all accounts linked to your online banking profile. If you use the Services to move money between your investment accounts subject to the terms and conditions of the Merrill Lynch brokerage site, to which you agreed when you were a Merrill online customer, this agreement applies to your transaction, not this agreement. This agreement is between any authorized account holder, a person requesting a legal account or a licensed agent who is designated or authorized in the name of another person (“you” or “you”) and Bank of America, N.A.
