QUT Centre for Justice is a think tank for social justice that aims to empower and enable citizens, consumers and communities through solutions-oriented research. Our vision is to democratise justice by improving opportunities for health and well-being and enhancing the inclusiveness of work and education while widening access to justice.
BUSY Ability (formerly ON-Q) was founded in Northern NSW 30 years ago. Our Mission then was to help disadvantaged people, and those who live with disability, to build valued social roles in their communities through participation in paid work. We have achieved a lot in those 30 years and our purpose today remains true to our original mission. Along with Disability Employment Services, NDIS support including School Leaver Employment Supports, BUSY Ability is also contracted by the Australian Government’s Workforce Australia to provide Specialist Employment Services, supporting job seekers who require extra support into employment
